GOIM Chat & Instant Messaging

GOIM (Gamers Own Instant Messenger) is a full featured jabber / XMPP client with special features (extensions) for gamers. (e.g. broadcasting a notification when you join a server, or seeing which games others play and joining them with one click on the game icon beside their name).

It also features an InGame Messenger which supports most DX8 games and supports the jabber XFireGateway which allows communication/presence changes/game status changes with your XFire buddies.

GOIM Features:

	Instant Messaging - see the status of your friends and send them messages. it also supports multi user chats and other IM features.

	See your friends play/Join them with one click - If you launch a game and connect to a game server this information is transmitted to all your contacts. They will see on which server you are playing which game and join you with a single click.

	InGame Messenger - GOIM InGame Messenger allows you to receive and write messages to your contacts without leaving your games. It currently supports most DirectX8 games.

	XFireGateway - use the jabber - XFireGateway to add your xfire buddies to your GOIM contact list.
