• Shareware
• Demos
• Trialware
• Crippled Software (including 'lite' versions)
• Nagware
• Casino software
• Reseller or Affiliate software
• Anything of an 'adult' nature.
• Java applets
• eBooks
• Warez, cracks, or any other 'hacker' type application.
• DOS and Windows 3.x applications.
• No multiple submission for the same OS.
• Password crackers, warez, SPAM tools, and anything that is unlawful or breaks copyrights protection.

The Freeware Network reserves the rights not to accept or publish any software for any reason at its own discretion.

Limitation of Liability
The Freeware Networks takes no responsibility for the accuracy or validity of any claims or statements contained in the documents and related graphics on the Freeware Networks Site. If any of the provisions contained in this Agreement be determined to be void, invalid or otherwise unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, such determination shall not affect the remaining provisions contained herein. This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Israel.
